Great experience!

We traveled with our baby, and upon arrival, our room was perfectly prepared with a crib and a baby bathtub — such a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view.



We had dinner at the WineStone Restaurant, and the food was absolutely amazing — everything we ordered was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the F&B Manager, Levente, who was extremely polite and always around to help, and to our server Szofia, who took wonderful care of us.



Breakfast was also excellent, featuring fresh, local ingredients.



Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had to travel all the way to Tokaj, to discover one of the best buffet breakfast selections of the country. Perfect balance in the selection, immaculate execution, very tasteful plating, polite waiters and cooks – five-star Western-European hotels could learn a lot from their service, as their breakfast is not too gaudy but is still very attractive to guests. For them this is not just a routine, something that has to be done, because the guests asked for it. So don’t you there save money by missing out on their breakfast!

We’ve stayed in this hotel with two toddlers. The staff members are always smiling, and they are always there if you need any help. The breakfast was fit for a king, the environment was marvelous and the spa was superb. Special thanks to Tímea, a server, who was always very helpful and our kids loved her. Our whole family could relax during our stay, which is a big deal since we had two toddlers with us (a 2 and a 4 year old). We will definitely come back and we will recommend this place to others.
