Gift voucher

The Gift voucher contains:

You can decide the value of the gift voucher (at least 20000 HUF).

The gift certificate will feature the name of the person it is gifted to. If you decide to send it in an electronic form (in an e-mail), you will be able to choose the background of the gift certificate and to write a short message to go with it.

The gift certificate can be exchanged for services of Mercure Center Tokaj (accommodation, spa entry, food etc.) before its expiration.

Conditions of validation:

• The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of order.
• The gift certificate can only be used in case of reservations made directly with us and not through third parties.

How are gift certificates used?

• We will send you the gift certificate after we receive payment for it. This can happen instantaneously if you use an online payment method, but will take 3-4 workdays if you transfer us money through a bank.
• If we don’t receive the payment for the gift certificate within 5 days of purchase, the purchase will be nullified, and the order placed will be automatically deleted.
• If you are the person who was gifted the certificate, please refer to its serial number when making your reservation. If you do so in the last step of online reservation, our system will automatically deduct the value of the gift certificate from the price of the reservation.
• Modifying or canceling your reservation made with a gift certificate can only be done in accordance with our Terms of Conditions, which can be accessed on our website.
• Please bring the gift certificate with you when you visit us, and show it at the reception.
• The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used to pay for tourism taxes (from the age of 18 /400 HUF/night, from 01.01.2025 is 650 HUF/night/person (for above the age of 18)).
