Premium quality selection
When we were designing our selection, it was important for us to preserve the values of the Mercure Brand, and grant a special place to ingredients produced in the Tokaj-Hegyalja wine region, that have already contributed to the success of our restaurant. We purchase only the highest quality ingredients from local producers and use only the freshest ones to prepare our meals.
When designing our list of beverages, we intended to provide our guests with an opportunity to explore the Tokaj-Hegyalja wine region through the wines produced here. Our selection is ever-expending thus so that we can always surprise our guest with new experiences.

Tokaj Restaurant: the usual Mercure Hotel quality
The exceptional quality of the Mercure Hotel chain needs no introduction. The word ‘Premium’ can be used to describe the quality of services provided here and the design of our rooms, but also the mouthwatering dishes and special wines of the Winestone Restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all available for our guest. Our half board offer includes a buffet breakfast with both warm and cold meals and for dinner a buffet or plate service dinner, depending on the number of guests. During lunchtime, guests can order cuisines á la carte, made from the freshest seasonal ingredients.
During summers the Chill & Pool Terrace is open for a guests. Eat your breakfast right above our outdoor pool in the morning, and immerse yourself in the dolce vita atmosphere throughout the day. In order to ensure a South-Italian experience, Neapolitan pizzas are available, made in an original Neapolitan oven. Our pizzas are made from high quality ingredients, with a dough left to rise for 72 hours, and fresh toppings.
A perfect location for smaller or larger events
Our hotel features several special rooms to organize a variety of events in. Our 3 conference rooms are perfect for smaller family events, for corporate parties or meetings, featuring 4-7 people. However, if you are looking to organize a larger event, such as a wedding or a conference, our 110 m2 large conference room, which is splendid for events for up to 80 people is available for you.
Along with an exclusive environment, we are also able to provide you with the necessary technical equipment, and we can offer an exceptional gastronomical experience for all the guest, prepared in our Winestone Restaurant.
Do you plan to invite guests from another city or even country? That’s no problem at all! They are welcome to book one of our Standard or Privilege rooms, or even a suite, which will ensure that their stay will be both pleasant and supremely comfortable.

We are dedicated to introduce our guest to a variety of local products. That is why we regularly organize wine seminars, where we can be impressed by local wineries, who not only introduce us to their wines, but also provide us with valuable insight in the field of winemaking.
On the other hand, if you are looking for a more active experience, we would recommend taking part in one of our bike-gastro tours, where we visit cellars and vineyards on e-bikes, and allow you to familiarize yourselves with both the winemakers and their products.
